Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients for new or renewed coverage
  • Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to clients’ insurance programs
  • Process policy changes and maintain accurate client records

Skills:

  • Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
