Job Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently
Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
Prepare and present proposals to clients for new or renewed coverage
Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to clients’ insurance programs
Process policy changes and maintain accurate client records
Skills:
Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
